Utilities & Subscriptions: What to Include in Your Forethought Vault

Wondering which bills and subscriptions should be in your Forethought vault? The simple answer is: anything that will make life easier for those you leave behind.

🏠 Essential Utilities: Include basics like electricity, water, and gas. These are bills that will still need to be paid, even if only temporarily.

🏋️ Memberships: List gym or club memberships that should be canceled. Include a contact number and the last 4 digits of your account for easy identification.

📺 Online Subscriptions: Services like Netflix or Hulu often auto-renew, making them tricky to cancel. Include these so your survivors aren't left guessing.

📱 App Store Subscriptions: Apple or Google subscriptions should not be listed here. Instead, include your iCloud or Google account under the "Social Media" section. More on this in an upcoming post.


Remember, it's better for your survivors to have this information in your Forethought plan and not need it than to need it and not have it.
