Affiliate Terms of Use (EULA)

By joining the Program, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are not an employee or employer of MobileAnswer, Inc.

• You will not represent yourself as having any ownership or proprietary interest in the Forethought app or MobileAnswer, Inc.

As a participant in the Program, you agree to:

• Refer clients to the Forethought app through lawful and ethical means.

• Refrain from advertising your affiliate link in any illegal manner or in conjunction with any illegal advertising practices.

• Ensure that all promotional activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

• Clearly disclose the nature of your relationship with MobileAnswer, Inc. to potential referrals.

• Representing yourself as an employee, employer, or having any ownership interest in MobileAnswer, Inc. or the Forethought app.

• Using deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices to generate referrals.

• Engaging in any form of spam, including unsolicited commercial emails, to promote your affiliate link.

You understand and agree that:

• Participation in the Program does not entitle you to any form of monetary compensation or commission from MobileAnswer, Inc.

• You will not receive payment or other remuneration for any referrals you generate, regardless of whether those referrals result in profit for MobileAnswer, Inc.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to us, the App, its users, or third parties, or for other reasons.

MobileAnswer, Inc. will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program, even if MobileAnswer, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

MobileAnswer, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
